The Manager provides essential support to the owner, general managers and location-specific managers. As the Manager, you will be working with management to hire, train and further nurture employees for optimal functionality. Your role will be fluid, requiring you are flexible and highly trained within your varying roles.

You’re great at:

• Local store marketing

• Managing and maintaining a strong process for cash handling

• Managing and enforcing food safety procedures

• Understanding profit & loss statements

• Scheduling

• Coaching and developing staff

• Creating and maintaining a positive, inspiring work culture

• Ordering and managing inventory​

It’s extra awesome if you have:

• Full time availability and a flexible schedule

• Reliable transportation

• A cool-as-a-cucumber demeanor, even under stress. (We love cucumbers).

• Leadership skills

• The ability to work on your feet & lift up to 50 pounds
