The Juicery is seeking an Assistant Manager for our Salem, MA location! This is a full-time position with store management and administrative responsibilities.

We are looking for an Assistant Manager that are excited to join the crew and can provide strong leadership experience with the team. The Assistant Manager will work with the Manager to create an exceptional environment for both the team members and customers.

Base pay combined with average tips is $18 - $20 / hour for the Assistant Manager position.

As the Assistant Manager, you’ll be responsible for helping the Manager to create an exceptional environment for both the team members and customers. You’ll play an essential role, working closely with the Store Manager to deliver exceptional customer service and manage ordering and inventory.

What You'll Do:

• Managing product ordering and store inventory
• Managing cash handling
• Create and maintain a positive work environment
• Managing and enforcing food safety procedures
• Work directly with Store Manager to oversee the operational success of the store
• Provide outstanding leadership to help manage and grow your team

What We're Looking For:

• Experience with managing orders in a high volume environment
• Proven leadership skills
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Prior food service experience (preferred, but not required!)
• Full-time availability
